The agreement between you and Super Money Games, Inc. ("Evenplay") governing your use of the Evenplay platform, apps, and skill-based competitions.

01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Evenplay platform, mobile and in-venue apps, and any games or services offered by Super Money Games, Inc. (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and located where Evenplay's skill-based contests are permitted. Certain features, including real-money games, may be unavailable in some regions and are subject to verification.
03Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Create or manage your account in the Evenplay app.
- One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these terms.
04Skill-based competition
Evenplay contests are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by player performance and the Evenplay Index, which calibrates a fair line across venues and equipment. Results captured by tracking-enabled hardware are final once posted, subject to our integrity review.
05Payments & payouts
Entry fees, prizes, wallet balances, and payouts are processed through our payments and compliance stack, including identity verification (KYC) where required. Applicable fees and withdrawal terms are disclosed at the point of transaction.
06Responsible play
Evenplay is committed to fair, responsible competition. Tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-outs are available, and we provide links to independent support resources.

08Intellectual property
The Evenplay name, logo, the Evenplay Index, and all related software, content, and marks are the property of Super Money Games, Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
09Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of tracking hardware or third-party venue systems.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Money Games, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved as set out in the official terms.
12Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
